Things that are bugging me today.

I’m sick and very, very cranky. Everything is bugging me, but first and foremost is the potential playgroup that I thought of joining with Abs. It’s a new group, Summer only, forming with 4 moms. 4. There have been emails going back and forth for 2 weeks just to pick a time for only the adults to meet to discuss the rules and ‘policies’ for the group. Seriously? SERIOUSLY? In one email, I could have spelled out the rules and policies. If your child is sick, please don’t come. If you are sick, please don’t come. Please take responsibility for your kids. Please have an assortment of toys for everyone to play with when you are hosting. The End.
What rules do you need for 2 year olds? Is this really something that we can’t talk about when we get together and the children are playing? I have a hard enough time getting out of my house to do something that I need or want to do, let alone this monstrous waste of an hour.

While I’m on the subject, I am also bothered by the following:

Not winning any giveaways
The fact that I have never had 2 DD coffees that taste the same, despite ordering the same coffee for years
Why is King of Queens off the air?
Movies the say the exact title of the film somewhere in the dialogue
Who does Spencer Pratt think he is?
Being short
Rain
Gray hair
Alarm clocks
wrinkles
Unmade beds
Dirty laundry
Facebook statuses about poop or sex
Spam
Empty refrigerators
Morning people
People who like to exercise

Rant over.

LOL I’ll be in your play group and bring the DD. We can have it outside(no cleaning required), no sickies oh and no biting. Those are my rules!

Things bugging me today: people who swirve b/c they are texting, those who sweat and do not wipe their machine down after use, hypochondriacs, people (w/o kids) telling me they are tired and people who do not work (or have kids) telling me they are so busy! WTF!!!!Give me a break today world!

That is so fuuny because I left a playgroup that I belonged to for a year and a half because it seemed so ‘forced’. I’d rather meet just one friend and kid to play with than try to figure out the playgroup thing and have ‘real’ friends.

    Twitter:
Spencer Pratt can’t think he is anyone of real importance because I don’t even know who he is. ;)

I’ve tried to like DD’s coffee but have decided I don’t like it.

I so wish I was a morning person. Hoo hoo <—me hooting like a night owl.

Too bad you don’t live around the corner. We’ve never had a playdate. If you bring DD’s iced coffee, then we’ll bring the doughnuts (w/pink icing and sprinkles for the girls).
P.S. The girls make their own “big girl” beds.

Hi. I found your Mom blog on Twitter moms. I just joined the blog comments blog. We’re starting our new playgroup this week. Only 4 Moms too. I hoping for no drama.
