In addition to everything Norm mentioned here about the stories, I also appreciated the depiction of how the blog/cooking (or any pursuit one could get caught up in) affected their relationships. I haven't experienced anything quite as dramatic, but the general emotions were pretty accurate. From that standpoint, I think it's a flick other bloggers (even those of us without book deals) can relate to.
