Starting next week, I will be co-hosting Top Ten Thursday (yes, it’s moving to Thursday) with Jennifer @ It’s a Beauty Filled Life and Sara @ Domestically Challenged. I’m so excited, and hope everyone will play along! Therefore, I am all the more disappointed in myself for not being able to come up with a decent topic on my own. Luckily, Jennifer had a great topic that I am happy to play along with!
The Top Ten Reasons I Love Football Season:
10. Crock Pot Sundays. J breaks out the crock pot and tries something new each week. The house smells great and I’m not cooking.
9. Seeing the girls in their adorable jerseys. Something about pink football jerseys is just so cute!
8. Hearing M cheer for Teddy Boo-ski.
7. Knowing our team is pretty awesome! Our backups to the backups are great…
6. I actually understand and love the game…I know what a safety is, I know when to go for the 2 point conversion. I don’t just cheer for touchdowns.
5. Football season takes place in the Fall…I love the Fall!
4. Seeing Bill Belichick in his array of hooded sweatshirts. I wonder which one he’ll wear this week!
3. Knowing we have no pressure to get out and do anything. The Patriots are on, and we stay home.
2. Knowing that J and I fully split kid duties, since this is not just one of ‘his’ things…
1. Have you seen our quarterback? Have you? Just sayin’…

The more I think about this…crock pot Sunday really should be much higher on the list…it’s awesome…Hawaiian chicken, pulled pork, beef stew…so, so nice!
